What is your education worth at home?

As of 1 July 2007, many universities in Sweden have switched to a degree system that conforms to the Bologna Process.

The Bologna Process makes is easier to compare various educations from an international perspective, both with regard to grades and content. The aim of the Bologna Process is to increase mobility among students, reinforce employability in Sweden and abroad, and reinforce Europe as an educational continent for the rest of the world. For most international students, whose countries are also adapting their educational systems according to Bologna, the new system means that an education provided in Sweden can more easily be compared to a similar education in their home country.
