What is your education worth at home?
On July 1, 2007 many universities in Sweden changed to the European-adjusted educational system Bologna.
Through the Bologna system, it is easier to compare various educations in an international perspective, both as concerns grades and content. The aim of the Bologna process is to increase the mobility among students, reinforce the employability in Sweden and abroad, and reinforce Europe as an educational continent for the rest of the world. For most international students, whose countries are adapting their educations according to Bologna, this transition will mean that the education they get in Sweden can more easily be compared to a similar education in their home country.
